Terms: Unless specified, all orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS), regular ground service OR USPS PRIORITY MAIL. UPS next day air, 2nd day air, and 3rd day service is available at an extra charge, but must be requested when order is placed. Some orders could be subject to a handling fee. Back Orders: "Back order" refers to any item(s) we DO NOT have in stock at the time of the order, but can be automatically sent out when ITEMS COME back in stock. We can keep an item on back order per the customers request. There will be NO extra shipping cost when the item is finally shipped. We will honor sale prices or prices at the time of the original order. Please keep in mind KYMCO PARTS ONLINE will notify the buyer of any and all BACK ORDERED items.

Delivery: Parts orders are generally filled within 48 hours of receipt (during our business hours, please keep in mind an order places on Friday or Saturday will not ship until the following MONDAY. Claims: Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. You must keep the original shipping box and shipping label to make a claim, claims without this will not be approved. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported withing THREE days of receipt of goods.

Returns: KYMCO PARTS ONLINE will only accept goods for CREDIT OR REFUND with prior authorization. All requests for returns must be made within five days or receipt of goods. All freight charges must be prepaid on returns and insured for your protection. Any parts accepted for credit must be in new condition and in the original PACKAGING. All returns will be credited to your parts account for the amount paid, less a 20% restocking fee, unless KYMCO PARTS ONLINE was at fault. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. Special orders, electrical items, tools and manuals are not returnable.

KYMCO PARTS ONLINE makes no warranty as to products it distributes, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

If you disagree with any of these terms please send back your order within five days for a refund (you will not be refunded for shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will still apply).
